Service Delivery Policy

Infinity Intelligence sells professional services and digital deliverables. Nothing we sell is a physical product, so no goods are packed, couriered or shipped, and no shipping charge is ever added to an invoice. This page sets out how our work is actually delivered and when you should expect it. It stands in place of a shipping policy.

1. What you receive

• A live website or application deployed to your own domain or to a domain we register on your instruction.
• The complete source code and design files, transferred through a repository, a shared drive link, or a download link sent to your registered email address.
• Administrator accounts and every credential created for the project.
• A short recorded walkthrough and written notes covering how to run and update the project.

2. Delivery timelines

• Websites (Launch): 7 to 10 working days from receipt of the booking amount and your content.
• Websites with AI features (Intelligence): 3 to 4 weeks.
• Custom applications (Infinity): 6 to 8 weeks, or as stated in the proposal.
• Consulting hours: scheduled within 3 working days of purchase.
• Maintenance plans: activated within 1 working day of payment and delivered continuously through the billed month.

Timelines are counted in working days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. They begin when both the booking amount and the material we need from you have been received.

3. Milestones and interim delivery

You do not wait until the end to see anything. A private preview link is shared from the first week of the build and is updated continuously, so progress is visible throughout. Formal milestone deliveries are made against the schedule in your proposal, and each one is confirmed by email.

4. Delivery on completion

Final handover happens once the closing invoice is settled. We deploy to your live domain, transfer ownership of the repository and accounts, share credentials over a secure channel, and confirm completion in writing. Digital handover is normally completed within 1 working day of the final payment clearing.

5. What can delay delivery

• Content, images, brand assets or approvals arriving later than agreed.
• Domain, hosting or third party account access not being granted when needed.
• Change requests raised mid build that expand the agreed scope.
• Outages or policy changes at third party providers on which the project depends.

Where a delay is on our side, we tell you as soon as we know, give a revised date, and do not charge for the additional time. Where the delay is on your side, the delivery date moves by at least the length of the delay.

6. Delivery charges

There are none. No shipping, courier, handling or delivery fee is charged on any order, in India or internationally, because no physical item is dispatched. The only amounts you pay are the professional fees in your proposal and any third party costs agreed in advance. Infinity Intelligence is not registered under GST, so no tax is added to your invoice.

7. Failed or missed delivery

If a handover email, link or credential does not reach you, write to support@infinityintelligence.io with your invoice reference and we will resend it within 1 working day. Please check spam folders first, since handover mails often carry attachments and links.
